By accessing or using VocoWeb (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VocoWeb is an AI-powered SaaS building platform that allows users to generate, edit, and publish web applications through natural language prompts. The Service includes application generation, hosting, editing tools, and deployment to custom subdomains.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, phishing sites, or spam
- Impersonate other individuals or organizations
- Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
- Use automated tools to abuse the AI generation system
- Create projects that violate applicable laws or regulations
5. Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, including text, prompts, and customizations you add to generated projects.
Generated Content
AI-generated code and content produced by our Service may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
License to VocoWeb
By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service. We may also use anonymized data to improve our AI models.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
7. Beta Service
VocoWeb is currently in beta. During this period, the Service is provided free of charge. Features may change, and we may introduce pricing in the future. Beta users will be notified before any paid features are introduced.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocoWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
